We had another thread that discussed this, but I thought it a separate issue. I wanted to dispell any notion that the DX lens somehow shot a different image as far as view angle.I took shots from a D200, with a crop ratio of .66 (Mag Factor of 1.5), using two lenses. The first image is from the 24-120 f3.5 D, and the second is the 17-55 f2.8 DX. The DX was set to 55mm, the D lens set to 56 (I shot some 20 shots and couldn't get it exactly 55). I put my back to the same fencepost and focused on the same hut in the middle in each shot.
