What can they talk about - weather, bad health, flowers and stawberry at their dachas... And yes, sons, daughters, grandsons and so on...

Nice captures. That second one especially-- no explanation needed-- the photo tells many, many stories all on it's own. I like how the man is looking at you and the woman is looking away too, plus the graffiti and run down look of the area. Very nice indeed.

The first one is a very romantic (if somewhat sad) capture. Even better for someone who can read russian (one of the plastered signs reads: "When the soul sings" - I think it's a beer commercial). It's about 1/2-2/3 stops overexposed for my taste - I'd prefer slightly darker subject (the boy) and slightly more details in the highlights. A good shot, nevertheless.

The second one would be much nicer if the man haven't noticed you (or, alternatively, if you could wait until he gets bored with you and looks away). This shot, btw, is again better for a russian speaker (the notes on the board read: "buy", "buy")

I love it in the second how the man has fresh flowers in his satchel... Makes me think that things aren't too bad for them. Very nice!
