image disappeared during move

I moved an image from one gallery to another and now it doesn't appear in either gallery.

Any thoughts? I can provide gory detail if that will help.

Also, sometimes it shows up after a few minutes, and sometimes you can force it to show by uploading another image to that gallery (you can then delete it later).

Funny you should ask! That just happened to me a few days ago. My thought was that it may have been stuck in a queue some place so I just went to bed, since it was late at night. When I checked the gallery to where I moved the photos the following morning, the photos were there!

OK, based on that info I'll give it some more time and also try the upload trick. That'll have to wait until I get home.
