I just received an email from a customer that she got a confirmation email for an order that she didn't order. Can I have it canceled a.s.a.p.? It's order #307949 for $4.75. Will her card be charged? Thanks!

Our system is fully automated, and once orders are placed, they cannot be canceled or stopped. Your customer indeed did place this order - but no worries, I've voided the charge, she won't be charged at all. We'll do our best to stop it from printing at the lab.
