How are the images mailed in what kind of packaging to protect them, (8X10s, 11X14's, ect?)? I have a client who once received a bent 8X10 and she's super paranoid.
Anyone?
I have had no complaints since just starting with smug mug but have not seen the packaging myself. Anyone?

Hi, we as pros have to be very aware of what our clients get. I recommend you place an order on your own for your delivery. You should be intimately familiar with the ordering process and the shipping process :)
8x10 and smaller is shipped flat. Larger prints are shipped tubed.

It's rare (we do thousands of orders a day) but sometimes, a package can be bent by the delivery service. We Guarante Everything, including the odd man-handling by the USPS. http://www.smugmug.com/prints/our-guarantee.mg
If it ever happens, just let us know.
