Banner Help!

Hey everyone...first time typer, long time lurker!:D

OK, I love taking pictures but I am not computer savvy enough to figure this whole HTML and CSS stuff out in Smugmug. I was curious if there is anywhere (or anyone) that could create a banner to my specs and all I would have to do is cut and paste the thing in the customization area of Smugmug. I would be willing to pay a reasonable fee. Any suggestions?
