True but alligators are very lazy, you would have to just about place your leg in its mouth for it to take a chew. Now squirrels are a different story. Did ya know that Gators have a gentle side :scratch
they take there young in there mouths gently protecting them from danger :wow
Also Gators can exert as much as 2100 lbs of bite force which is nothing compared to it's Jurassic Ancestor which has been said to exert as much as 18,000 lbs of bite force :wow :wow :wow
