I have a customer who requested certain edits on photos , while I was making the changes , she placed her order before they were downloaded.

Is there a way I can call EZ prints and have them make the proper changes?

Or does this have to be done through emails?


If they can be done here:

she ordered photo #
411_1186copy - 5X7, 4X6

412_1263copy - 5X7, 4X6

412_1243copy - 4X6




She should have ordered photo #'s

411_1186editcopy - 5X7, 4X6

412_1263editcopy - 5X7 , 4X6

412_1243editcopy - 4X6

If a order number is needed please email me.

Hi Pamela,

Please contact us at the helpdesk (http://www.smugmug.com/help/emailreal) with the information and order number.
We usually can't change the order for you after it has been confirmed, but we can usually stop it and place the same order again with the new prints.

I just emailed them with the proper #'s and left them with a phone number to call me back.
If they will even call me.:D

I've received your email at the helpdesk. I can not change a few prints after the order has been confirmed, but I will re-place the same order with the correct prints for you. The first order will be canceled. Your customer should notice very little delay if any. I will email you with the new order number.

Just to clarify this - she still wants all of the other photos she ordered in the same order.
there were the 3 I mentioned that she ordered the wrong #'s

Yes, she will get the whole order, but I can not stop/reprint part of the order, so I have to cancel the complete order, and order a complete new set of all prints. I will replace the 5 incorrect ordered prints (3 photos, but 2 ordered at 2 sizes) with the correct ones :thumb
