My friend Shawn and I took our significant others and went Jeepin' today. It was almost 60°F with mostly clear blue skys. We went to an off-road area called Juniper dunes, which as the name indicates has a lot of sand. I took some snaps, none of which where noteworthy for anything other than preserving memories (this is not really bad is it?). As we were leaving the area, we encountered a "water hazzard". I took the following action sequence.

These were taken with my Sony DSC-f707 set in auto. Shutter lag is really bad with this camera, so I tried to pre-focus on the puddle and shoot a 3 shot burst. I still took me 2 times to get the sequence. Once again, not spectacular, but they will remind me of a great day with some good friends.
