Hey Andy,

Thanks. I was surprised that you didn't come over tonight. I was BBQing spare ribs and I was sure your rib radar would have picked them up. :D

Hey, Harry, how could I have missed these! Great shots, I like all of them. Including the one without birds. :clap

What time did you take those? You mention time of day. Your birds sure are white! Not blown, white.

A bit gamey but with a good BBQ sauce quite tasty.

Yeah birds will do that they ain't much on manners. Thanks, it was the reflections that made me take that shot,

Now you want flowers too? :rolleyes Take a few moments now and think if there is anything else you want to order. I may have to start charging you. :rofl

Harry,

the 3rd one is totally my bag!! Nice brownish water, a bit of action, appealing composition and an FSE (fine sharp egret :rofl)
Seems like you had fun again :D

Hey Jeff,

Thank you for the kind words and for taking the time to respond. I'm afraid there's no auto setting for the shots:(: You just have to go out there and keep doing it until it becomes automatic.

As usual Harry they are all great, IMHO particularly #2 and #3. However I must say the contrasts between the egret and water is special on #2. Its not often you see it and kind of makes that pic unique. Love your work Harry, :thumb

These were taken between 7 & 9 in the AM when I do almost all of my shooting.
The one thing I learned in my workshops was not to blow out the highlights as they can't be recovered in post processing.

Hey AJ,

Great hearing from you. I'm very happy with #2. As soon as I saw that water I knew I had to take the shot.
