Terms of Use Question

I have run across sites that purely violate the SmugMug Terms of Use and posting of Nudity / porn policy. Does anyone monitor this or check for violations? The policy states this is a safe site for families with children, but some of the nudes & kinky pictures I have seen I do not find in good taste for children to possibly stumble across....(?)

My mom was offended by some of the ones on Adventure Rider believe it or not, and she stumbled across them because instead of typing in davidson.smugmug.com she did a search for davidson.
