Noticing that I need to set exposure compensation to +2 on the camera, and the flash at +1 in order to get decent lighting.
B:A ratio was about 4:1 as you can probably tell by the shadows on the right hand side.

The reflection of the ring flash in his eyes looks like he has a pupil :rofl
Those little jumping spiders just don't don't stand still for long at all.

Thanks for the comments, everyone. Yeah those legs a neat. Probably not good enough for the latest LPS contest, though.:dunno
