Just saw that Amazon has changed their pricing structure for S3 (http://www.amazon.com/gp/browse.html?node=16427261). What impact will this have on SmugMug? Will the savings from Amazon's reduced bandwidth fees offset the new PUT/LIST/GET fees? Just curious. :D

I think Onethumb still needs to crunch the numbers once he is back from the conference, but I would venture to guess that Smugmug will come out far ahead on this change. Our files are large enough that the reduced upload cost alone should save us quite a bit of money.
