Ok here goes, canon20d, canon 70-200 f4L zoom lens, f16@200, iso 400, two alien bees b400 at approx. 1/8 power, real background as it was pretty dark outside used the modeling lights to help with the focus.

Beautiful Shot! The throat colour seem to be almost irridescent on my monitor!
