I posted this shot in the people forum previously but I wasn't happy with the skin processing.

So I tried a couple of new things and wanted to get some feedback on how it looks. Thanks in advance and thanks to those who previously critiqued as well.

I saw the original post and believe this looks much better. Well done!

I think the skin tones look great. the eyes bug me though. The color is great but it appears her left eye is smaller than her right. The more I look at it the more it bothers me.

everything else is very nice- but can't get passed the eyes.

The eyes also look like they're looking just away from the camera, just enough that the viewer second guesses if she's looking straight at the camera or not. Its distracting.

She is way too magenta. Is this an effect you were trying to achieve? Unless you have a specific reason for it, you should try to follow the rule of thumb that yellow should measure at least as high as magenta. I corrected this and to my eye it looks lots more natural.

I'm curious. What does she think about it?

I've learned that this kind of shot is really only as good as the model thinks it is.

Well, I just couldn't seem to restrain myself. See this Finishing School post (http://dgrin.com/showthread.php?t=60157).
