Ok, ducklings take the prize but the vultures are not too far behind.

that is the idea second shot as three DB 's see you are on your way to a lens :clap

I really like the 2nd ducky shot and the dragon fly the best.:thumb You may want to tune the exposure down on the egrets though so you can get more detail out of the highlighted white areas.

That swamp water looks soo cool though...always makes me wonder whats lurking in there.

Very nice set, Marina. I like the mood in the first shot, and the angle in the last one, of which the last one is my favorite. Thanks for sharing.

Cool pics. I just drove 2800 miles to get down to FL and enjoy all of the great birds! The bird on the gate is a male anhinga. They are really neat to watch.

Thank you Jeff! I think my exposure was at -1.0 and i had no blinkies LOL. I might try it lower next time. Thank you for your comments! :thumb

Thank you for looking and ID'ing my birdie lol. I knew it had a strange name, but wasn't sure. So, where in FL did you stop?

That's too funny! I was saying the same thing after someone told me I blew out the whitewash in some surf shots:dunno Maybe its a monitor to monitor thing! Either way, its a good 2nd opportunity for me to say *nice series* again!!:clap
