IE Error - "Operation Aborted"

I need some help if you can. My galleries are not displaying through Internet Explorer. I and my visitors are getting errors when selecting individual galleries. I need a little guidance from anybody, PLEASE. I've posted a few times and no has responded.

Everything displays fine here with Firefox and IE6. If you're using IE7 I can't
help you there?
