Can I Use Frontpage to Create SmugMug Website?

Can I use Microsoft FrontPage to create my SmugMug website?

I am not very good making a site using HTML code and have been somewhat successful using FrontPage.

Any ideas?

Log out - visitors don't see that stuff :D
