Overall, a great shot. The lighing on her is very good (exception below).

However I find the light on the back wall/scrim way too bright and distracting. It is where my eyes go, and I'm sure that is not what you intended. Secondly, I don't think the bright spot even adds anything. Don't tone it down - crop it out.

The exception I am talking about is that it is too dark on the left side of her head. Bring out some detail from the shadows. Otherwise it is just big black blob running along the side (BTW- this assumes the way you see it is the way it posted. Sometimes conversions and posting can cause that)

It's a very nice shot. I don't mind the black on the left. But I agree that the background is too bright. I would tone that way down. The concept of the bright spot is not bad, it evokes your Mary-Mother-of-God theme, but it would work better if it was not as bright, more of a spot.
