thumb up thumb down rating- fav photos

Hi there, I seemed to have disabled the thumb up thumb down rating on my photos. I had thought it was bc in the customization menu I didn't click "yes" for Rate Photos. But it is yes, and still no green and red thumbs. Consequently my "most popular photos" don't change.

How would I get those green/red thumbs back?
