I personally prefer the first crop, however the reflection is a downer. i dont mind the dark upper corner though, i think it brings you back into the middle of the frame.

obviously i want some C&C on this.
thanks

neat pic-

maybe crop just at the top of glass and make it into a 'banner' format?-

It's an interesting image, but you're right about the reflection - bummer. And I do think the dark upper right corner is a distraction. If shot again, try moving to the right or left in order to lose the extream reflection. Sometimes this works and sometimes you still get the reflection. A different time of day might help, too, when the lights not right in the glass, or whatever it is.

Also, perhaps a crop of just the two or three clowns on the left would work better, along with cropping some from the top. It would be a different image, but sometimes less is better. I do like the idea.:D

I think you have a strong composition and some terrific color. I agree that cropping some of the top may strengthen your composition further.

Not to stray to far into PS-technique, but you could probably make a mask of that reflection pretty easily and mute it pretty nicely with some creative curving.

Interesting contrast of the clown facing away versus towards the viewer, but the long, narrow format doesn't seem optimal to my eye.

I might suggest concentrating on the right three clowns and seeing if that doesn't give a similar contrast, but a better rectangular format.

Good colors too.

well, here's my crop of your image that I find the most interesting to me.
its definitely not perfect (i worked with whatever space you supplied), but i feel it tells a better story than the rest.
with your 2, i prefer the cropped version.

Is a reshoot possible? If it is, get back there with a Polarizing filter and make the reflection go away.

Great potential and this crop is much, much better. I'd be tempted to crop out the bottom banner and burn the background. Nice shot :thumb
