Hi, yes, you followed all the steps, except for putting in the actual slideshow code into your Javascript Box :D I did that for you and it's running now :thumb

Andy,
Thanks but two other problems now. I did not want the galleries to appear on the home page. I followed the directions for moving the galleries to a separate page and that worked until you got the slide show working. Also I am trying to get rid of the word "home" on the home page and it does not want to disappear even though I pasted the scipt into the CSS box?

LasloYou are missing a closing bracket in your code. Add the red:
#userName {
display: none;}
This will fix both of your problems :thumb

A lille closing bracket makes a big difference.

I specify a URL for the first slide in my slideshow, and I set quickStart to false. The first slide comes up while the slide show is loading, the slide show starts but as it recycles after the last slide, the first slide never plays as part of the show even though it is in the same gallery that I have specified in the slideshowURL. Do I need to set some other variable or make a second copy of the "firstslide"? Thanks in advance.

Hi :)
Welcome to DGrin :wave
That's a bug in the slideshow hack. It skips the first slide in the gallery. So, if that first photo is one you want to show, either move it to the second slot or make a second copy of it and place it at least in the second spot.

Hi Barb,
Thanks for your workaround....I am trying to get my firstSlide squared away and my reference gallery images are all 800px by 425px....so, I put the link for my first slide and it shows up sorta cropped.....I tried both "L" and "O".
Any ideas?
TIA!

And, I am sure it is in the PDF slideshow FAQ, but I would like a longer overlapping transition so that my graphic frame does not fade out but it looks like only the pictures are fading. What am I looking for?
ssSlides = [];
ssSlideTotal = 0;
ssSlideTimer = 0;
ssOldSlide = 0;
ssFadeTimer = 300;
ssFade = "out";
TIA!
