The lens code indicates UR1003. There are no nicks in paint.
Glass is pristine.
I bought it from a fellow FMer.
I'm a long time member at Fred Miranda.
Comes with Hood, caps and original box.

The f/4 doesn't come with one, it's a separate item. The 2.8's come with a collar.
