Welcome to Dgrin. It seams a little dark on the sides especialy the right and the lights from the boat just seam to not fit the picture. My eyes go to them but it leads off the shot but with no real subject. I would say mabe a tighter crop although that moon is realy fitting. great exposure and focusing on the city though.

Thanks for the valuable feedback. Will try to go there again to shoot though I will have to wait awhile for the next full moon.
