setting up new address danavir

:scratch We have spent hours trying to follow instructions to no avail. (1) trying to set-up new account during Pro trial period. (2) using another computer (3) smugmug doesn't recognize different computer (4) when using computer smugmug recognizes, smugmug defaults to existing account bsvirginian.
Have banner saved and sized but cannot get it to load on danavir. What's next? We are complete novices when it comes to html. we thought we were fairly well versed when it comes to computers. we are walking blind. Please advize. bsvirginian/danavir

if you are going to use two different accounts, you really should just use two different browsers.

login into
http://danavir.smugmug.com/ on one browser.

login to http://bsvirginian.smugmug.com/ on a separate browser.

So, use IE7 for one, and Firefox for the other. It's really the easiest, simplest way.

I've just done a FREE download of fire fox. We weren't really aware that we could do that. I spend somemore time on creating the site tomorrow. I've been using computers for personal and business for the last 13 years. I guess I just find something that works and just don't grow with the industry. sorry. bsvirginian
