The Owyhee Canyon Lands cover the boarder area dividing Idaho, Utah, and a chunk of Oregon. The Jarbridge, Bruneau, and three forks of the Owyhee rivers have sculpted this wilderness. These are the most isolated rivers and canyons in the lower 48 states. Only in Alaska can you get farther away from civilization.

The Bruneau Sand Dune in south central Idaho is the largest single sturcture dune in North America

The sand color is usually grey except at dawn when it turned this nice rusty color.
