A new comet has been discovered by an Aussie from Queensland - it has a greenish cast and is a southern hemisphere object currently. It will swing to the northern hemisphere in April.
It is not a naked-eye object like McNaught was, it is very dim. So why am I talking about it?
Because this is the first comet ever discovered using a digital camera instead of a telescope or binoculars! It was caught with a Canon 350D and a "200mm lens at f/2.8".
