Want To Rent or Borrow: IR-mod'd Canon

I've toyed with the idea of IR photography but want to actually try it before I plunge with a mod'd body. Where could I go about renting such a body? Rebel, 10D, 20D, don't matter. Thanks for any leads.

Call www.maxmax.com and see if he has one on the shelf for you to try before you buy? You'd have to pony up the $$ for protection purposes, but Dan's pretty good to work with... if he has one that's used on the shelf.
