You've posted a couple of other pictures of this mill, it reminds me of the mills of northern England. Very "Lowryesque" (http://www.worldgallery.co.uk/large/rose-large/SPQ5267.jpg) (if there is such a word) .
Unlike Lowry's pictures its deserted, Is it still used?

Thank you. I've been trying to find the right shot of this building for a while. I don't think I'm really happy with it yet, but the dawn light and the frozen river and all that snow make this shot at least different from the others I've taken.

It is a huge amount of space. It's no longer a mill, of course. I'm not sure all of it is used, but it contains The Charles River Museum of Industry (http://www.crmi.org/), some assisted living for seniors, and loft space used by local small industry. I think there are also some artists' studios in there. There is a company that makes framed "low art" oil paintings, the kind you might find in a motel room.
