The models look stiff and unnatural. They don't look like they're having fun. The eyes in particular are droopy. They looked bored and tired.

I think there's a good idea here for contrasting the white and red-orange costumes, nail polish, and wigs, but you haven't nailed it yet.

I like the light on the models. And the top girl has beautiful eyes and hair.

I agree with Gary in that the problems in the shot are all around the models. The picture is well composed, exposed and looks good. But the models....well, there's a way that models can look bored and be engaging, but for these models that just doesn't work.
