Here's one I ran across from last fall. It is my daughter and her two best friends. My daughter, in the middle, loves to climb.

Do their expressions look too posed? C&C welcome.

That's cute!

I love taking pics of my kids up in trees.

I don't think yours is too posed. I mean, it's not high art, it's a shot of kids you know. It's cute, it's nice to look at. What more could you want? :wink

Here's a couple I took of my daughter

She's wearing my SmugMug hat in this one. She hates all these, BTW.

Those are good. I especially like the wide angle perspective on the first one. Are you trying to trump my trump my thread? :rofl

Seriously, thanks for the feedback and for sharing yours.

I like pictures of kids in trees. Being in a tree is such a kid thing, eh?

Here is another one of my daughter in a tree. Trees and playgrounds are my two favorite environments to take pictures of my kids in. It's great to catch them having fun.

Thanks for the feedback and kind words Nimai.

I still have a hard time judging many aspects of my photos. The great folks on DGrin have been a huge help in this regard. I have no where else to get critical feedback on my pictures. When it comes to expressions, my wife for example, likes the pasted on fake smiles. It drives my crazy.
