How Did That Happen?

OK. So I happen upon an accident scene on Saturday night. Fire off a bunch of pictures. Put them on the computer and went through them on Sunday briefly. Cleaning out the file today and I come across this one. My wife was hysterical behid me and I'm like what's up. Not trying to poke fun at an accident where two people did die, but as I look at it, I just can't stop wondering how that happened. I never saw it when I was shooting it.
