I think I did'nt want to hear any bad news on it..:rofl I was saving up for a Cano 17-40 but I just could'nt face spending that kinda money at this stage of my learning curve.. so I bought a Sigma 24-70 f/2.8 EX DG I bought it used in 9+ condition from B&H and I'm soooo happy.. don't have it yet tho.. I'ts basically to replace my "kit" 18-55. So now I have all I need right??? 24-70 50mm L 24-70

she only took the photo about 2 weeks ago :D that's really fast. i had one of mine that fast, but funny thing, the one i just got notified on today? i submitted it in august of 2004 .... go figure

Geesh!!!!!!!!!!!!! I remember when you posted something to the effect of "Will I ever get a great shot". Now that you have it, you wonder if it will be the only one! :dunno THen it will be "What if I only get two?" :scratch Many are still looking for their first.

I could'nt help it... I've been using my "kit"lens and it was killing me after my new 70-200 and my new 50mm . Bought it barely used from B&H
Sigma 24-70 f2.8 EX DG Macro fits my pocket book right now. I'll arrive today and I'll report back.:rolleyes
