My Navigation

I made some coustom changes about 6 weeks ago and my traffic (number of pictures viewed) has dropped.

Can you all just click around a little and tell me what you think about the navigation? Is it easy to get around? I'm not looking for comments on the photos, just the way the site is set up. Thanks.

The nav looks fine... I think you'd want to remove the "this is my friend, family" off the main page...
I might also shrink the height of the header on the home page and move that text so I can see the pics w/o scrolling... the text really ruins the look for me...

My suggestion would be to show your header on all of your gallery pages. Perhaps when someone sees your homepage they click on a gallery link, but when they get to the gallery they don't notice the navigation because it is so small at the very top of the page - if the header were there just like the homepage I think the navigation would be more noticable.
