Beautiful. Maybe too much foreground. I find myself wondering what cool stuff lies just to the right of the frame. And if you're trying to represent the coming storm, more sky might be good too.

I like the colors in this photo, but like Gary, to me the foreground looks kinda busy or overpowering compared to the rocks in the rest of the picture.

I agree, foreground is too busy and colors compete with the sky. It needs more sky if that is the subject. Perhaps a different angle, as well. But a beautiful setting, for sure.

I like it the way that it is. It is interesting to look at. I like the color and the clouds rolling off of the rocks.

Great colors. Very, very interesting. I am begging to know what's just to the right in the photo.....maybe that's what makes it good.

What is to the right? A deep dark cliff and valley with a small stream and lake in it. I have a photo of it but is in the shadows.

What I was was trying so show was the florescent green rock moss in the foreground and the clouds in the distance.

I like the colors, but I get an uncomfortable unbalanced feel when I look at this composition. I think the foreground is simply too bright and busy- it almost looks flashed. It somehow feels unreal that the foreground is this bright, and the background including the sky is so much darker. The brightness pulls my eyes to the rocks, where the real beauty is hidden in the sky.
But, don't listen to me- I don't know nothing and the majority of my pictures are not this good:)

I have a lot going on in this photo. I think I have to much contrast for one thing. I think I will re work original file and try a few diffrent crops.

Thanks

Actually, using Curves (Shadow/Highlight works too, but not as well IMHO) I was able to pull virtually all the detail out of the dark shadows in the linked photo if you decided to use that.

While I like the colors in your original photo, it is somewhat harshly contrasty — though that can be the clarity of the rarified air at 14K feet. I agree with some of the others that a bit more sky would help.
