Total Lunar Eclipse from the shores of Chicago
03 March 2007
The day did not hold much promise to observe this eclipse, much less capture it with the S3, but luck and patience held out to get a small handful of usable shots.

I did not have the luxury of staying by the camera thruout the event - as I had to operate a telescope and interact with the public - but I think the shots that did come out, (many did not) - are kinda cool...

None were taken thru the telescope as I was not prepared, too cold and it just wasn't convenient.

It was a great time spent, but oh so cold!
