New Lens

Just two quick shots of my daughter. I just got a Sigma - Bigma (50-500mm) this past week and I wanted to get out and try it. Forced my daughter to go out back and toss a lacrosse ball around so I could play with it a little bit. I was about 20-25' away and got these shots at about 250mm and 500mm. DOF at this distance is really short--which is kinda cool for candids. I think this is going to be a fun lens once I get used to it...

I bought that same lens from FM 2 weeks ago for the amazingly low price of $550 w/ a case. Not a thing wrong with it, other then a few minor specks of dust, which hasn't shown in any of the pictures. Soon as the weather breaks here in Bawlmer', I'll get it out again and see what lies in the tree tops in the neighboring counties...:D
