Customer emaled me this morning, turns out she borked on her shipping information.
Order# 256171 - Deb Wilson
She lives in Delaware, NOT DC (evidently...)

No worries, if we can't change it at the lab, we'll reship a new order to the correct address.

Just got off the phone with our print lab, and they have corrected the address on the order to be Delaware, not DC. So, all is well :)

Ok, so, just ot confirm this. The order hasn't been finalized yet, so the address change will be all set when I send it in for processing?

If so, no problem - we'll cancel at the lab, and dupe the order again and you can make changes.

Yeah, those are my low quality proofs. I was going to straighten, sharpen and send my HQ finals before sending to print...

I have called our print lab and had them cancel order #256171. I then placed a new order with the correct shipping address. New order #257942. You should find that order in your pro sales now.
