This news stand and its isolated salesman (http://www.digital-photo.com.au/v/People/Boys+Men/News+stand+at+night.html) were shot at ISO 400 no flash in relative darkness (it was after 10pm). I set the time to 1/200 in M mode trying to maximise the internal lighting of the booth. I think it worked. It rocks to experiment sometimes.
