Is it just me, or have you guys made the PROOF thing more translucent? Also, didn't watermarking used to not work on medium/small photos (don't get me wrong, I'm glad it does, I'm just curious to see if I remember properly)?

Hmmm, far as I know it has always worked on all sizes, including thumbnails. I wasn't aware of any changes, but onethumb would know for sure.
Thanks,

Alls I know is before I found it over intrusive, but now it seems more translucent therefore less intrusive. Also, I never experienced it not working on small photos, but I could have sworn the description used to say it was only applied when the largest side is over 600px or something (i.e. it said it but didn't do it). It's very possible that I'm just losing it though.

Nope, I'm afraid your eyes are playing tricks on you. We haven't made any changes to the PROOF image, and it's always applied to Medium/Small/Thumb/Tiny.
Glad you like it more now. I guess it ages over time, like wine or cheese. :)
