digital download invoicing mystery

Hello-

Last night I received my first order for digital downloads. It raises a couple questions.

1. With downloads, do I not get my standard proofing days so I can retouch and upload the full-resolution original? It appears I don't since there's no "replace photo" button on the order page. But what good is that?

2. I have my personal use originals priced as follows:

1 MP: $7.50
4 MP: $30.00
original: $60.00

And then the invoice for last night reads like this:

So if my original files are priced at $60, how did this person get billed $150 for the second download?

PeterHi Peter, the two digital dowloads are from different galleries it seems. The second gallery has the pricing set to 5/50/150 USD for 1/4/original. Which is the correct one?

The proofing indeed does not apply to Digital Downloads, I'm sorry. See the gotcha on this page: http://www.smugmug.com/help/sell-digital-downloads

Yeah, the money is okay. He apparently agreed to both charges when he paid it, and I feel like $60 for my original is too low anyway. I need to get into those galleries and update my pricing to be consistent throughout. But for this order, I'm fine with it as-is.
