View Full Version : How to see a "non-logged in" view?

I hope this is a simple question!

I want to be able to view all my pages (home page, gallery pages, etc.) as someone else would view them. In other words, without all the tools and choices displayed for me because it's my account. (Make sense?)

Other sites have something like this, a link called "Public View" or something to that effect.

How can I do the same thing on SmuMug?

Thanks,
Scott

Hi Scott. Simply log out.

But the best way, is to use two browsers, your primary you are logged in on always. Use a 2nd browser to see your site as visitors would.

We LOVE Firefox, it's free from www.mozilla.com

I hope this helps, holler back with any more questions :D

OH and welcome to Dgrin! :wave

Thanks for the quick response Andy! I think I got rid of the standard SmugMug header on my home page...which got ride of the "Log Out" link too! (Doh!) So maybe I need to bring that header back again? (Or is there a way to have only the Logout link appear and nothing else?)

Good idea on using 2 browsers. I'll try that.

You can log in/out from any page. Just go to smugmug.com and do it there.
