Finally got some free time to take a few pictures :D. My plan was to go and see what they'd done for 'Switched On London' but I thought I go via the eye first. Just as well I did, the Switched On London bit was a bit of a washout, it might be better when they have a special event on (I think there's something planned for the closing night (16th)) but the default lighting was a bit disappointing. Still I got a couple from there too. C & C welcome.

the motion blur on the people rocks the socks.. as it were.:rofl

You captured some really magical light and colors, not to mention some nice reflections!!! Love the rotund building and the blue-lit trees. :thumb

I'm a sucker for night shots and these are full of lovely, lovely colors. I especially like the Eye behind the blue-lit trees.

The Eye with the blue-lit trees and the ship are my favorites, but they are all great captures...beautiful light, colors and compositions. Thanks for sharing!

Wow these are awesome :clap water and lights are a great combination.
Love that ferris wheel, night shots can really change a city.

Thanks everyone for the kind words. The rotund building is City Hall the and the bridge is actually the Hungerford rail and foot bridge.

Spectacular stuff! South banks between Westminster and Tower bridge is my favorite part of London. Always a pleasure to stroll down there at sunset, people watch and shoot a load of photos.
