WTB: Canon S1 IS

Argh! My Canon S1 IS is on the fritz! The viewfinder and the screen both come through in this weird purple cast with horrible ghosting and "melting" look. I've got an underwater case and some lens converters for this little guy, and it's my main "cam-corder" for taking home videos. Anyway, I'd love to replace it, if anyone's upgraded or otherwise not in need of an S1 IS body - I'm in the market.

You have a recall from Canon on that model for the dreaded CCD issue. Call Canon service to arrange for repair. Your model was added in the Fall of 2006.

I had the same issue on my F717 and it works better than before after free replacement.

If that doesn't work out I have an S1 I'm not using much. Let me know how you make out.
