Video not full length

I have finally gotten around to uploading video and for the most part the conversion is pretty simple. I am using the FX MPEG writer as taught in the tutorial, however even with the "output file properties" box of "keep original duration" checked, i have one file that when played does not show full length. however when you "right click" and save it does indeed show the full video. any pointers or am i doing something wrong?

UPdate: It seems that there seems to be a caching issue. even after the cache was cleared in IE7, it still kept the file. upon reboot it was cleared. issue fixed
