Our un-rivaled team of Support Heroes is growing yet again. I'm thrilled to announce that Steve Mills is joining us, effective now, as Support Hero :)
You know Steve from here on Dgrin(SteveM). Steve's a professional photographer, http://www.downriverphotography.com/ is his SmugMug site, and he's been a SmugMug customer since December of 2004. Steve brings to SmugMug great photographic knowledge, a ton of SmugMug experience, internet smarts, tech-savviness, and a huge desire to help people. Like the rest of us, he's got the passion and fire for photography, photosharing, and SmugMug!
Steve was one of the first responders to our blog post a few months back, when we decided to tap our customer base for potential Support Heroes.
This is great, welcome Steve!!!!!!

This is great, welcome Steve!!!!!!
I can't tell you all how excited I am to be part of the team. I've felt like part of the Smugmug family for a long time, as many of us do, but now I get to hound Don and Andy in an official capacity! :D
And some day, I do hope to leverage some of Don's Famous Fondue(tm) out of him, although now if I leaked the recipe it could be considered corporate espionage!
I certainly can't keep up with Andy, but I'll do my very best to do Smugmug proud.
Thanks everyone!

I recently had an opportunity to meet some of my new co-workers during a trip to Utah. I'd like to thank you guys for such a warm welcome and being so absolutely accomodating. After getting over a mindblowing headache the first day due to my Detroit brain not used to drinking in mountain air at 6000 ft above sea level, I had an awesome stay. And to all those wondering, yes, JT is really that hyper. Folks, they really are as helpful and pleasant as they seem here at Dgrin and SmugMug. And with scenery like this, who wouldn't be:

Sprawling Utah lights.

And tell me the truth: whaddya think of that hideous bronze sculpture on California Street (aka "Gomama" by Marta Thoma)?
