Change color of "comment" and "photo comment" boxes

I have created my own theme where everything is white. However, the color of the “comment” and “photo comment” area is a glaring, very dark blue. How can I change this?

Will need to see your site, but here is some general code for the photo caption:

#caption_bottom {color: #000 !important;}
(this will make the caption black)

I'm not sure if that is what you are referring to, i.e., the photo caption or the photo comments, or both :dunno
