Hep, mailing the help desk also means I have 2x the work :D I saw your message there. Let's keep it here on Dgrin, ok? :D
Same troubles with our IE6 and FF2 browser?
1) shut your browser.
2) go to www.smugmug.com and click "login"
3) login with your owner password (NOT a guest password).
4) click the SmugMug logo on the upper left
5) you should see "your photos" up in the top center of the page.
6) now click "your photos"

Andy, I just tried logging into another web site that requires me to log in and I am getting the same message "unable to view page". The problem is on this end and not with smugmug. With that being said I was wondering what I needed to do to correct the problem here.
Thanks
Harry

ok
It still did not work but through the process of elimination I went to another web site that requires a log in process and I get the same message "cannot view page". The problem is here on my pc and not smugmug. There is something with my setting that is not right.

Problem resolved...Andy just wanted to let you know that it was under my msconfig. I had shut down some programs to increase ram and in the process shut down a program that was needed to access security issues. Restored all programs through msconfig and it is now running again. Just thought you'd like to know.
Thanks
