smugmug logo showing up instead of my banner in one gallery only???

Hi, I'm new to forums . . . just a warning in case I post this question incorrectly or don't give enough info to receive help. I created a custom header using one of the great tutorials provided on here. It is showing up everywhere except for my guestbook. In that gallery the smugmug logo is showing in the upper left corner and I can't figure out what I'm missing. Could someone take a look and maybe offer some help? I'm new to all this web design stuff - the tutorials have been an enormous help to me in building this site on our own - THANKS SO MUCH! I've just been finding the tutorials and copy/pasting and it works wonderfully. Aurelia S.
