Hey all! I searched around but couldn't find what I was looking for...

I really need to know if it's possible to do one of two things:

1) if I choose "Smugmug" as my gallery type, can I add captions under the thumbnails on the left? I managed to add some Javascript so that captions show up under the thumbnails in "All Thumbs" view, but since the Smugmug view seems to populate the thumbnails via AJAX, I'm having a harder time of it.

2) Is there some way to make the photos in "Journal" view show up in the original (largest) size? Our client really wants a view where they simply have a linear list of original photos with captions underneath, so they don't have to click anywhere to browse the gallery. Journal comes closest to fulfilling this, but fails in that they have to click to view the original photo (they're very picky).

Any and all help is appreciated! Thanks a lot guys!

:wave welcome - sorry we missed this one when you posted!

No, not as far as I know, sorry.

There is a journal hack - you can find it here:

It works with Mediums, don't know if it will do Originals....

Thanks a ton! I think this is just what I needed.
